This page covers the Mantiqo company website, not a blanket policy for every Mantiqo product.
Browsing this site
You can browse the company site without creating an account. The site does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, third-party font requests, or an embedded donation widget. Product search and platform filters run in your browser, with the current selection stored in the page URL.
Hosting and requests
The website is hosted on Vercel. Delivering pages and images involves ordinary network requests, and the hosting provider may process request metadata such as IP addresses and user-agent information for delivery, security, and operations. This is separate from advertising tracking.
Checkout and purchase recovery
When you choose to buy a desktop utility, the server sends the approved product and price to Polar. Where provided by the trusted hosting proxy, the request's IP address may also be passed for checkout processing. Payment details are entered on Polar's hosted checkout, not in this site's forms. Polar handles payment, confirmation emails, license benefits, and protected file delivery under its own terms and privacy policy.
Order status and licenses
The purchase-confirmation page reads the matching order and benefit status without exposing a customer profile or license key. A checkout link alone cannot grant file access. Purchase recovery uses Polar's email-code sign-in; this site does not create a separate customer account, duplicate fulfillment database, or advertising profile. Do not share private checkout sessions, sign-in codes, or license keys. Permanent public purchase links are intended to be shared.
Polish activation service
MacPolish and WinPolish use a separate shared licensing service. It retains license keys and identifiers, the purchase email used by the existing license token, device fingerprints and names, and activation timestamps to enforce the shared device allowance. This is distinct from website browsing and is not advertising analytics. Polar continues to handle new purchase fulfillment and protected downloads.

Contact links open your email application. If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include so we can respond. Please avoid sending secrets or unnecessary personal information.
Individual products and external sites
Product websites, extension stores, download hosts, and purchase providers have their own data handling and terms. A product's overview includes a short data-handling note, but it does not replace that product's full policy or the permissions shown during installation.
Existing extension policies
The original privacy-policy files for Bookmarks, Save Image to Downloads, and Flybird remain at their existing URLs. Existing browser-store links continue to point to those product-specific policies.
